                 The deposicon of Mathew Armstrong Sworne before me John
               Winder this 25th day of January 1667 Saith that this accompt is A
               true & perfect accompt      Signum John Winder

                 The Deposiëon of Daniell Curtis taken in open Court being asked
               what debt did you demand for Mathew Armstrong I Cannot tell the
               summe Justly but it was about 500lb tob:
                 The said Daniell Curtis being asked againe whether Mathewe had
               any other accots Saith I Cannot tell & Said further tht mt Boston Said
               he did not knowe whether he owed him any thing or not; & further
               Saith not
                 Mathewe Armstrong & Stephen Bond plts The pits Sues as in
                  P attorney Randall Revell their petition aboue
                 Henry Boston deft          mencioned
                 The deft pleades he oweth them not Soe much But the Courte upon
               serious Consideracon ordered that the Said Henry Boston doe pay
               unto Mathewe Armstrong & Stephen Bond Seaven hundred & twelue
               pounds of tobacco & Caske with Cost of Sute according to their
