                 Tho: Shiells tooke a writt of attachmt of the goods Chattles &
               debts of Emanuell Avery & Mathias Holbrooke in an accon of the
               Case three thousand pounds of tobacco:

                            26 9br 1667
                 Whereas marke Manloue sonne of Marke Manloue deceased did
               at A Courte helid the 29th January 1666 did then chuse his Brother
               John Manioue for his Guardian; now Craveth the fauour of the Courte
               to remoue his said choise & desireth that Wilt Greene might be his
               Guardian whereupon the Courte ordered that Wilt Greene be
               Guardian to the sd Marke Manloue

                 James Davis entereth his accon of Debt against John Allen
           [p. 96] 29th November 1667
                 James Davis subpas William Davis & Anne Davis alias Hooper in
               the Cause now depending betweene the sd James Davis plt & John
               Allen defendt in an accon of Debt

                 Thomas Walley entereth his accon of Debt agst Henry Lewis
                     15th January 1667
                 Edward Dickenson entereth his accon of the Case agst James Davis

                     26th November 1667
                 This may Certifie all persons whome it doth Concerne that haue
               any C!aime from the estate of Marke Manloue of Pocomoke in the
               Countie of Sommersett in the province of Maryland deceased that
               they repayre to the plantacon of William Greene in Pocomoke & they
               shall be satisfied for he is aboute sueing out his quietus est

                 To all people to whome these presents shall Come I Jinken Price
               of the Countie of Sothersett in the province of Maryland gent: and
               Mathew his wife send greeting in or Lord god everlasting Knowe
               Yee that whereas Caecilius absolute Lord Proprietor of the provinces
               of Maryland & Avalon Lord Baron of Baitemore, &c, by his Pattent
               under the greate seale of this province bearing date the fourth day of
               october in the five & thirtieth yeare of his Dominion over this prov
               ince A° D° 1666 Did grante unto me the said Jinken Prise by the
               Name of Jinkin Price of the province of Maryland gent: a parceil of
               Land (called newe towne Lying and being on the eastearne shore in
               a river there called Pocomoke on the North side of the Said river;
               beginning at a Markt tree standing by a swamp called Aquintica
               swamp and by a parceil of Land taken up by George Whale thence
               running by a Line Drawne east Northeast up the said river for
               bredth to a markt oke one hundred thirty five perches & by a Line
               Drawne west Northwest into the woods for Length five hundred
