   deponent furtr saith, tht to the best of his knowledge, the point Liber A
   of land tht the Meetinge house stands uppon was Included inbargain; & further saith not               Tho: South

     The depossition of Anne Gould aged 23 yers or theareabouts
   taken in the prsents of mr Henery Carline the 30th of Aprill 1656
   sworne Examined & saith
     That the night tht mr Owines boate went adrifte hee came home
   allone and sent his ouerseere to loocke after the boat, soe tht
   theare was non left in the house but mT Owines & yor deponent,
   & prsently after the Ouerseer was gone hee pincht & abused her &
   threw her upon a bed, hee allsoe forst yor deponent & had the
   usse of her bodie, which was much to yor deponents greife, beeinge
   the Custome of weomen was upon her, ussinge often theise Ex
   pressiones, what am I the better for thee, what the plauge doe I
   keepe thee for, & the licke & farther yoT deponent affirmes tht this
   dissease tht is upon her shee had it from mr Owines & tht till the
   tyme shee Receiud this Abusse shee was as well as euer in her
   life, which abuse was after hee Receiued the goods for her of mr
   Weickes; and further saith not
 At a Court houlden For Kent Septembr the first 1656 [fol. 124]
       rsent mr Tho: Ringgold mr Henery Morgan
                Tho: Hinson   mr Wm Eliot

     William Price Complaines agst Elizabeth Martin the wife off
   Rob Martin tht shee hath deffamed him by Callinge him Perjured
   Rogue; & brings in Euidence

     The depossition of Tho: Hill aged 52 yers or theareabouts swo
   ex & saith
     That beeinge at the house of Rob Martin a little before July Coutt
   last Goodie Martin was Enquiringe of an Oath tht had beene latly
   taken agst her by WS Price & Tho: Reade, & askt yor depon what
   it was tht Price had taken his Oath of agst her, & yor depon~ gaue
   her this ansr: His Oath was tht yU weare in bedd with Henery
   Ashley, & hath this in it, yU weare in bedd togather: she Replied,
   Iff hee had taken such an Oath, hee was a Perjured Rogue and
   further saith not                  Tho: Hill

     The depossit of Tho South aged 38 yers or theareabouts sworne
   Exam— & saith That yor depon~ beeinge ptsent at the same tyme,
   Affirmes the same verbatume as is Exprest & depossed in the Former
   depossition (to the best of his knowledge) with this Addition tht
   shee sayd Tom Reed sayes no such thinge; and Further saith not
