   Avery Attourney for the defts Craved a Nonsute wch was granted by
   the Courte

   At A Courte helid for the Countie of Sommersett in the Province of
    Maryland A° D° 1667 the 30th July Comrs present vizt
                    Mr William Stevens
        Capt William Thornemr Henry Boston
        mr John Winderrnr George Johnson
     Whereas Robert Cattling prfferred a peticon agst Thomas Price
   the executor of Wilt Taylor deceacesed for five hundred twenty
   foure pounds of tobacco the pI: & deft appeared & after severall depo
   sicons taken Ambros Dixon Attourney for the Defendant Prayed
   a nonsute with Charges they had bin at in the sute Whereupon the
   Court granted a Nonsute & the said Robert Cattling pl: to pay all
   necessary Charges of the sute then depending

       30th July 1667
     Mr Henry Boston withdraweth his accon of Debt agst Allexander
   Draper

  At A Court helld for tht Countie of Sommersett in the Province of [p. 79]
       Maryland the 30th July A° D° 1667 Comrs present vizt
                    Mr William Stevens
         Capt William Thorne     mr Henry Boston
         mr John Windermr George Johnson

     Whereas there was an order of Court past the 28th May A° 1667
   for Christopher Nutter to deliver a mare Colte within twenty dayes
   to Richard Britaine &c The said Richd Britaine peticioned the Courte
   Complayning tht Christopher Nutter woulld haue tendered him a
   Colt not fitting to be taken from the mare whereupon the Courte doth
   order that Christopher Nutter shall let the Colt sucke untill she be
   six months olld securing the said Colt & at the age of six MOS to
   deliuer it to Ricd Britaine but in Case of Casualty tht the Colt shoulld
   dye or haue any Mischance Christopher Nutter shall deliuer or Cause
   to be delivered another Mare Colte 6 Mos olld three Months hence as
   alsoe the said Christopher Nutter to pay Cost of sute

       30th July 1667
     The bonds of Matrimony was this day published betweene Thomas
   Manloue & Jane De Lamas both of this Countie as alsoe betweene
   Teege Riggen & Mary London both of this Countie by setting up
   their Names at the Courte house the time of the Court setting at A
   Courte helld for the Countie of Sommersett the day & yeare aboue
