          Maryland 30th July Ao Do 1667 Comrs present vizt

                     mr Jno Winder      mr George Johnson

                 Whereas Jinkin Prise prf erred a peticon agst William Smith Mas
               ter of the Thomas & George for throwing out of Ballace below high
               water Marke; The plantiffe Not appearing Ambros Dixon attour
               ney for the said WIlliam Smith deft Craued a Nonsute Whereupon
               the Courte granted a nonsute

        At A Courte helld for the Countie of Sommersett in the province of
          Maryland 30th July Ao Do 1667 Comrs prsent vizt;

                     Capt: William Thorne  mr Henry Boston
                     mr John Windermr George Johnson

               Wayes for greate & Little Manny hundred in the place of Jno Waller
               deceased

               teene or eighteene young shoates without sowes to be put up in the
               sd Randall Revells house where Jno Johnson now liveth the wife of
               the sd Jno Johnson saying they were Wilt Davis; afterwards they
