     Whereas Randall Revell prfered a peticon against Robt Dorman Liber B No. 1
   for Two thousand pounds of tobacco & white Lyming & daubing his

   house the said Randall Revell & Robert Dorman agreed in Court
   to refer their difference to arbitracon havinge by consent Chosen
   mr Will Stevens & mr George Johnson to meete at the house of
   mr Will Stevens on Munday next the third of december 1666 where
   upon the Court dissmissed the Cause

     At A Court held the 27th November 1666 for the Countie of [p. 39]
          Sommerset in the province of Maryland
                         Present
                    mr William Stevens
         Capt: William Thorne    mr Henry Boston
         mr John Winder     mr George Johnson
     Whereas James Came prf erred a peticon agst John Nelson wherin
   he Complained tht John Nelson had taken a parcell of Land formerly
   belonging to Will Bossman deseased & now denyed to performe the
   articles of agreemt after some debate itt was ordered; That there
   shoulld be an equitable hearing Concerning the estate of the orphans
   of the aforesaid William Bossman; And both plantiffe & defendt
   agreed to laye aside the Condicon at prsent whereupon the Court diss
   missed the Cause for that time/

   At A Court helld the 27th November 1666 for the Countie of
          Sommersett in the province of Maryland
                         Present
                    mr William Stevens
         Capt: William Thorne    mr Henry Boston
         mr John Winder     mr George Johnson
     Whereas John West!ack prf erred a peticon against Martin Moore
   that he was ingaged to David Williamson in the sume of one thou
   sand & eighty pounds of tobacco for & in the behalf e of Martin Moore
   the said Martin Moore acknowledge the Debt & tht he was discharged
   from the said Williamson upon the said Westlack; whereupon the
   Court doth order that John Westlack shall receiue & take into his
   Custodie the said Martin Moores Crop of tobacco & Corne wth was
   made upon John Westlack land & the said John Westlack to dispose of
   itt for the said debt of one thousand & eighty pounds of tobacco & Cost
   of sute after Capt: Thorne hath vallued the same & make true ac
   compt & returne the overplus to the said Martin Moore

   At a Court helld the 27th November 1666 for the Countie of
      Sotherset in the province of Maryland Present
