Thomas Cottingham withdraweth his accon agst Phillip Barre
To All people to whome this present writing shall Come I Phillip
Barre of Manonoakin in the province of Maryland plantor send
greeting Knowe yee tht I the said Phillip Barre for the Loue good
will & affection wch I haue & beare towards my loving wife Ollue
Barre of Manonoakin in the province aforesaid spinster haue given
& granted & by these presents freely Clearely & absolutely giue &
grante unto the said Oliue Barre her heires executrs admrs or as
signes one ewe being marked one the right ear cropt & slitt one tile
left with all her & their Increase; To haue & to hould the said Ewe
with all her & their Increase unto the said Oliue Barre heires executes
admrs or assignes from henceforth to her & their owne pper use & as
her & their owne pper goods for ever absolutely without any man
ner of Condicons & soe forth & I the said Phillip Barre haue sett &
putt my beloved wife Ollue Barre in quiett possession of the prmises
in wittnes whereof I huae hereunto sett my hand & seale this eleventh
of december one thousand six hundred sixty & flue
