     Mr James Jones & mr George Johnson desired time to Consider the
   oath wch was granted untill the next Court wth is ordered to be the
   last tweseday of this Month Mr Steven Horse sworne high Sher
   rife in open Court for this County of Sommersett: MT Steven Horse
   & Capt Will: Thorne were sworne Comrs att st Maries by the right
   honble Charles Cailvert

   gard he coulld not make appear tht Sarah Jordan now the wife of
   Charles Ballard had administred upon the estate of Thomas J ordon
   accordingly a nonsute was granted agst the plantiff

     Anthony Johnson acknoweledgeth a Judgement in Court to Steven
   Horsey for Eighteene hundred pounds of tobacco & Caske without
   ground leaues or seconds to be payd to the sd Steven Horsey att or
   before the 10th of octobr next
