  voyadge for John Johnson for want of a small boat as wittnes or
  handsthis 4th Aprill 1666   Peter Elzey

   To all whome these presents shall come Know yee tht I George [p. 13]
  Parker doe hereby bargaine & make sale of a gray mare of about
  three year olld with a white starr in her forehead & knowne by the
  Name of Rose & doe hereby warrant the good sale of the said Mare
  unto the said James Keim his heires or assignes from the Claime of
  any parson or psons whatsoever to wch i here subscribe this first of

   Peter Elzey plant & Charles Ballard defendt: The defendt desired
  a respite wch was granted untill the next Courte

   The deposition of James Came taken the same day in Lourte saith
  tht there were 2 Cowes tht went in the name of Peter elzy tht mr John
  Elzey soulid to Richard Preston & I heard Richard Preston say tht
  I here I haue bought some Cattle of thine to Peter Elzey of thy
  Brother John Elzey art thou Contented, Peter Elzey made answer
  tht he was very well Contented what his Brother had don & further
  saith not

   Ordered tht there be a Court the first tuesday in July Next

   Knowe all men by these prsents tht I Thomas Jarvis of Kecotan
  doe elect establish institute & ordaine mr Randall Revell of Monoakin
  river my sole & Law full Attourney of all debts due to me on the
  eastearne shore there to agitate & to act as in the representation of
  my owne person there to demand sue attach imprison release any per
  son or persons according to the pleasure & good likeing of my attour
  ney likewise to acquitt & discharge any person or persons as wittnes
  hereunto I the said Tho: Jarvis sett my hand & seale this 17th Febru
