                Whereas itt appeares tht there is due unto Cutbert Potter six hun
               dred & forty pounds of tobacco & Caske from Thomas Poole for
               goods delivered by Robert Willis Attourney for the said Potter &c
               The Courte doth hereupon order the said Thomas Poole to pay the
               said six hundred & forty pounds of tobacco & Caske to the said Cut-
               bert Potter or his assignes

                This Condition made the sixt of February in the year of Or Lord
               one thousand six hundred sixty three betweene John Cooper of the
               one party & Randall Revell on the other party wittnesseth That the
               said John Cooper doth hereby Covenant promise & grante to & with
               the said Randall Revell his executors or assignes from the date hereof
               for & during the tearme of two yeares in Consideration of two yeares
               of the woman servant of the house named Susanna Brayfeeld & to
               serue in such servis & Imploymt as the said Randall Revell or his
               assignes shall imploye him in the said Randall Revell to finde the
               said Cooper meate drinke washing & Lodging; And for other neces
               saryes onely shoes stockings & shirts duering the said tearme; And
               further the said Cooper hath agreed That if in case the said Susanna
               Brayfee!d shoulid die within the month of her delivery then the said
               Cooper doth hereby Covenant & promise to & with the said Randall
               Revell to serue him or his assignes the terme of foure years in such
               Imploymt as the said Randall Revell shall Imploy him in; And fur
               ther itt is agreed in Case the said Susanna Brayfeeld shoulld proue
               with Chilld by the said Jn° Cooper in the time of their servis; Then
               the said Cooper shall be liable to all Damadges according to Lawe;
               And further itt is agreed tht the said John Cooper is to take away the
               Chilld & to provide a nurse for itt att his owne Cost & Charge soon
               after her delivery, And to pay unto the said Randall Revell for the
               trouble of his house & Losse of time & att the expiration of the said
               time mortallity excepted the sd Randall Revell shall deliver unto the
               said John Cooper the sd Susanna Brayfeeld & for to dispose of her as
               he shall thinke fitt with Corne & Clothes according to the tentir of
               her Indenture In wittnes whereof the parties aboue mentioned to this
               Condition haue Interchangeably sett hand & seale the day & year
               aboue written
