612 Somerset County Court Proceedings, 1665 1668. Liber B No.z thence runninge north east & by North to a Line drawne southeast up into the woods WCh said line begins att a little Creeke called Wil liamses Creeke as by a pattent granted unto the said Thomas Price under the great seale of the province aforesaid bearing date the eight day of February in the yeare one thousand six hundred sixty three more playnely appeareth, and att the end of one hundred & fifty pooles or thereabouts being measured from the mouth of Williamses Creeke aforesaid upon a southeast line drawne from the mouth of the said Creeke up into the woods there begining & from thence run ning one a southeast line up into the woods the length of foure hun dred & Ninety poles or thereabouts to a markt tree thence with a line drawne through th° woods southwest one hundred twenty flue poles to a marke tree standinge att the head of red cap Creeke sepa ratinge from the land of Henry Boston & running downe the easter- most side of the said Creeke to the Markt white oake aforesaid wch is the first bounder being three hundred acres by estimation more or lesse; with all the Meadowes pastors feeding woods & under woods timber & timberlike trees together with all the rights pfitts & bennefitts thereunto belonginge royall Mines excepted, And allsoe they the said Thomas Price & Katherine for the Consideration aforesaid haue granted bargained & soulld & by these presence doe grant bargaine & sell unto the said William Plannor his heires or assignes all and singuler letters pattents examplications of fines & recoveryes Chyog raphys of fines Charters deedes Indentors Counterpaynes writings evidences escrips Minnuments whatsoever concerninge onely the premises here by mentioned to be bargained & soulld And allsoe for the consideration aforesaid They the said Tho: Price and Katherine haue granted & sould & by these presents doe grant bargaine aliene & sell unto Will Planor his heires & assignes as Followeth (vizt) That itt shall bee Lawfull for the proper stocke of William Planor aforesd his heires or assignes That is to say Cowes, oxen, bulls, horses, Mares, sheepe, hoggs young or ould from this time forward and at all other time and times hereafter without Lett Interruption trouble expullsion or evicktion of Thomas Price or Katherine or either of them or of their or either of their heires or assignes to feed & grase on any grassland pastors or feedings of the said Thomas [p. 3] Price Contayned in the remainder of a trackt of Land mentiond in the pattent aforesaid And further doth Covenant & grant to & with the said William Plannor his heires or assignes tht he hath full power & good right & property of him the said William Planor or his heires or assignes to mow or reape & Cary away any grase or sedge with out lett or molestation (of) of the aforesaid trackt of Land men tioned in the pattent aforesaid now in the hands & occupation of Thomas Price aforesaid, wch shall be soe much & no more then may be made use of either for houseinge wch shall be one the plantation of the said William Plannor or For the feeding of his stock as afore |
