Bee it knowen unto all men by theese prsents tht I Robert Martine
of the Countie of Kent, planter, haue bartered bargained, sould
& deliued unto John Dabbs of the same place planter, a blacke and
whitt heifer, and one Cow Cald brouninge, theire mark the Right
Eare Cropt, and a slitt in the Cropp, the left eare Cropt & under
keeld; And I the sd Robert Martine doe by theese prsents Warrant
the sail of the sd Cow & heifer, unto the afforesd Jn° Dabbs, his
heires Execut Administ or Assignes, tht hee or they shall peace
ably & quietly, Enioy the sd Cowe and heifer, with all theire future
increasse, without the lett molestation or hinderance of mee the sd
Robert Martine my heires Exec Admin~ or Assignes, or any pson
or psons whatsoeuer, Claiminge any Right tittle or Intreast to or in
the sd Cow & heifer and future Increasse & for Confirmation heareof

John Dabbs and Tho: Witherell, theire heires Exec~ Admin or
Assignes Foreuer tht the shall peacably & quietly Enioy, the sd
Plantation wth all pffitts priuilidges Eassments, & Comodities theare
unto beelonginge, or aptaininge, without the lett molestation, hinder
