Talbott County ss: Edward Norman of this County Complaineth
agst George Robbins of the same County Gent in an Accon of of
Trespass upon Case
For that the said George Robbins stood Indebted to the said Ed
ward for Smiths worke that he had Done for the said George to
the vallue of 2l 4s 4d Starling mony of England or tobacoe to the
vallue Out of Which the said Edward hath Receued 4 gaff of Rum
and the said Georg hath Reffused to pay unto the said Edward the
Remainder Whereupon he Bringeth his Suite against the said George
and Craueth Judgnf
The Courtt hath abaited from the sd Edward Normand his Ac
cornpt 240lb of Tobacoe and that the said George Robbins pay unto
Edward Norman Seauen hundred pounds of Tobacoe with Cost of
Suit
George Cowley Plat In a Plea of Debt The Defft George Robbins
George Robbins DefftJ Conffesth Judgmt to the Flat for flue hun
dred and Sixteen pounds of Tobacoe and Cask due by bill The
Courtt hath Ordred that George Robbins make present paymt of flue
hundred and Sixteë pounds of Tobacoe and Caske with Cost of sut

teen pound of Tobbacoe With Cost of Sute:

fufteen pounds of tobacoe due from the Estate of William Durand
deceased The Courtt hath Ordred that Jonath Hopkinson be paid
