         Liber BB Jno saith he is damnified & hath Loss to the vallue of Two Thousand
           No.2 pound of Tobacoe & there upon Brings his Sute
           [p. —]  Nich: Hackett Eamined & Sworne in Open Courtt
                Saith tht he was wittnes to a bill that past from Henry Parratt
               to Jno Glouer for foure hundred pounds of porke and that Noe Cow
               was Named in the said Byll and further saith Not
                          Nich: 0 Hackett
                             his Signe

                Christpher Peeke hath Giuen under his hand and seale verbatim
               With Nicholas Hackett he being a Wittnes to the said Bill

                Elizabeth Woolchurch Sworne in open Courtt saith
                That when Henry Farratt Past Bill to Jno Glouer the said Henry
               profferd the said Jno his Choise of Two Cows and tht then the said
               Jno Reffused one and Exepted of the other Cow and then Immedialy
               the said Henry Past bill to the said Jno Glouer for foure hundred
               Founds of Porke and Further Saith Not
                                         Eliz :  Woolchurch
                                            hir marke

                Jno Lueler Sworne in open Courtt
                Saith tht Jno Glouer Gaue Corne to a Black Fide Cow the
               said Jno had of yor deponts master Henry Parrat Two yeares at one
               Time and three eare at another time and further saith Not
                                               Jno  Lueler
                             his marke

                The Courtt finding that Henry Parrat hath paid John Glouer his
               Porke and by Euedence that the word Cow was Interlined aifter
               th Bill was signed and sealed the hath ordred that Henry Farratt
               haue a Nonsuit and Cost of suit:


                John Michell and Thomas Emmerson in open Courtt Accknowleged
               themselfes Sucureties in the sum of Twenty Thousand pounds of
               Tobacoe to be paid unto the Right Honbl the Lord Proprietary for
               and in the behalf e of Jno Griffwith that he the said John Griffwith
               Shall pay unto the Orphants of John Elliss as they Shalbe Come of
               Age what is there due Out of the Estate of theire deceased father


               James Pendleton Flat The Deift John Scott Conifeseth Judgmt
               Jno Scott of wye Deff unto Capt James Pendleton for Six hundred
               pounds of Tobacoe and Caske: The Courtt hath Ordred that Jno Scott
               make Present payment unto Capt James Pendlton of Sixe hundred
               pounds of tobacoe with Cost of suite
