               brought do theare was a Certificate & the Chest was brok open, &
               the Certificate was found & theare was a Court at Rapahannock &
               this woman tht went with mr Carlin was Ordered 30 lashes by the
               Court & mr Carline was fined for keepinge the seruant away soe
               longe & disowninge of his wife & was banisht out of the place, &
               hee went away entendinge to Com to Kent, but mrs Brodnox sd tht
               hee Could not haue the Face to Come to kent to shoe his face &
               furthr saith not

                 W Henery Morgan Complaines agst Jn° Deare in an Action of
               debt, For Foure hundred twentie twoe pounds of tob & Caske; The
               deffendant doth acknowled the debt
                 The Court doth thearefore Order tht prsent payment bee made of
               the foure hundred twenty twoe pounds of tob with Caske, by the sd
               Deare, to mr Henery Morgan with Court Charges els Execution

                 Robert Martin beeinge areasted to the Court by mr Tho: Hinson
               in an action of the Casse, which Concerns a gunne in Controuersse;
               dessires a Refference to the next Court; Which the COUrt is pleassed
               to graunt

                 Wheareas a Warnt was lately Issued forth, agst Edward Rogers
               For his psonall appearance this Court; to Answer his breach of an
               Act of Assemblie and hath not made his apearance
                 The Coup doth thearefore Order tht if the sd Edward Rogers shall
               not mak his psonall appearace the next Court; mr Tho Hinson high
               sheriffe For the Countie shall pay the Fine exprest in the afforesd
               Act with Costs of suite

                 mr Tho~ South Complaines agst John Salter tht bee stands
               indebted to him by bill & acc° Foure hundred & twelue pounds of
               tob with Cask The defendant doth acknowledge a Judgment for
               the sd debt
          used & The Court doth theareffore Order tht the sd Jn° Salter shall macke
         pused & aproud ptsent payment to the plaintiffe of the sd foure hundred & twelue
