    Know all men by theise prsents tht I Robert Martine of the Isle Liber A
   of Kent planter doth acknowledge to haue bartered sould bargained
   & made sail of On blacke Cow & Calfe, & one blacke & whitt heiffor,
   Cropt & slit in the Crnpe, in the Right Eare, & Cropt & undr keeld
   in the left eare, unto Wm Leedes & Edward Tarrent, which foresd
   Cattell their Increase; I the afforesd Martine, doth by theise
   prseflts, acknowledge a free & firme salle by mee & from mee, my
   heires Exec~ Admin & Assignes, foreuer, unto the Afforesd Leeds
   & Tarrent, theire heires Exec Admin~ & Assignes foreuer, to haue
   & to hould keepe possesse & enjoy, peaceably as theire own pp goods
   And I doe further bynd my self e, my heires Exec Admin &
   Assignes unto the afforesd Leeds & Tarrent theire heires Execu
   Admin & Assignes to keepe indamnified, & saue harmiesse foreuer,
   from all letts hindrances & molestations of any pson or psons what
   soeuer tht shall by any Claime whatsoeuer molest or disquiet the
   afforesd Leeds & Tarrent their Execut Admin~ or Assignes in
   theire quiet & peaceable enioyment & possession of the Afforesd Cattell
   & theire Increase as wittnes my hand this 28th of Nouembr 1655

    By Order or Request of Robert Martin
    That wheareas theare was a Certaine bill lost beareinge date the
   28th of Nouembr 1655 whearein Wm Leedes & Edward Tarrent were
   obligd to pay to Robert Martine on thousand pounds of tob, The sd
   Martin in way of satisfaction to the sd Leedes & tht hee & all whom
   it might Concerne may bee kept foreuer Indamnified is willinge to
   giue a full discharge, from the sd bill & the discharge to bee of
   generall extent
    Bee it known unto all men by theise prsents tht I Robert Martin
   of the Isle of Kent plantr haue Remised, Releassed, & for mee my
   heires Exec~ Admin & Assignes perpetually quite Claymed to
   Wm Leeds of the same place his heires Exec~ Admin & Assignes
   all manner of Actions as well Reall as psonall, suites, quarrels,
   debts, Executions trespasses and demaundes (mor pticularly on
   thousand pounds of tob which was due to mee by a Certaine bill
   dat Nouembr 28th 1655) which I the sayd Martine, haue had, or
   might, or ought to haue agst the sd Leedes by any mannr of Cause
   or Colour from the begininge of the World to the day of the date
   of theise prsents In wittnes wheareof I haue heare unto put my
   hand this First of Febr 1655 Sign~ Robert R M Martin
   Test Tho: Hill Clay.
