   according to his Bill make Present payment unto Capt Tho: Har- Liber BB
   wood of Six hundred and seaventy pounds of tobacoe with of sute: No.2
   and the Defferance about the Blundebus is Reffered untill the next
   Courtt

   Ralph Blackhall Plat The Plat Declares that the Deffendt is In- [p.—]
   William Hemsley Defft debted unto him the Suth of Two thousand
   foure hundred Sixty flue pound of Tobacoe By Accompt the Acct
   Read the deffendt Saith that Whereas the Plat Charges him foure
   pound p folio that the Deffendt agreed But to giue the Flat three
   pound p folio for writting and giues the Plat liberty to Sweare to that
   pticulor the Plat Makes Oath that he Agreed to haue 4l p folio for
   writting: The Courtt hath Ordred that Will: Hemsley pay unto
   Ralph Blackehall Two thousand foure hundred sixty flue Pounds of
   Tobacoe with Courtt Charges

   Ralph Blackhall Deffet
    The Plat Declares that the Deffendt is Indebted unto him the Suth
   of Two thousand Seaven hundred and Eleuen Pounds of tobacoe
   Due by Accompt the Deffendt Joynes Issue with the Plat and Saith
   that the Flat Charges him with Accomadacon which the Deffendt was
   to haue for learneing the Flats Children and allsoe for a Copi of of
   the laws which the deffendt writt himsiefe the Plat Accknowledges
   that the Deffendt Did under take for to teach his Children for which
   he was to haue his Accomadacon But that the Deffendt did Neuer
   performe his Agreement in teaching the Flats Children for that
   they Children was Neglected Some tim a weeke Some time fourteene
   days and Some time More and for the last three Munths Never taken
   Nottes of:
    The Courtt hath abatted Six hundred pounds of tobacoe from
   the Plants Accompt and Ordred that Ralph Blackball pay unto Wilt:
   Hemsley two thousand one hundred and eleuen pound of tobacoe
   with Courtt Charges

    Jonathan Hopkinson By his Attorny Edward Winckles Petticons [p. —]
   to this Courtt for foure hundred pounds of tobacoe and Caske Due
   from the Estate of Rober Smith deceased and One Barell of Corne
   The Courtt hath Ordred that Jonathan Hopkinson be paid foure
   hundred pound of tobacoe and Caske and One Barill of Indian Corne
   Out of the Estate of Robert Smith Deceassed

    John Pitt upon the Retorne of An Attachmen agast the estate of
   Will Chadderton for three thousand Pound of tobacoe with Courtt
   Charges is Ordred an Execution agst Said Chaddertons for the
