                hundred and fifty two pound of tobacoe with Cost

                 Mr Will Coursey as Admistor to the Estate of Robert Smith de
                ceased Accknowledges a Judgement to John Griffwith for three
                hundred and Sixty pounds of to Tobacoe:

                John Scott by his Attorny Math: Ward Plat
                John Clements by his Attorys Pett: Sayer & Tho Carlton Defft
                 the Plant Declares for Six barells of Indian Corne Due from the
                deift the Plant Not makeing any debt Appeare the Courtt hath ordred
                that the Deffendt haue an Nonsute With Cost:

                 John Bussine Petticon to this Courtt for Sixty pounds of tobacoe
                due from the Estate of Robertt Smith deceased the Courtt hath
                ordred that Jn° Bussine be paid Sixty pounds of tobacoe out of the
                Estate of Rober Smith deceased

                 Capt Thomas Harwood Delares to the this Courtt for six hundred
                and seaventy pounds of tobacoe Due by bill from Rober Allexander
