            No.2 White of New Yorke for a Maire with Coult to be Deluered Som

               time in Octobr Last Butt soe it is that the Said Denis White did not
               pforme his Condicon with yor Petticoń butt keeps his bill for two
               Thousand three hundred Pounds of tobacoe which was to be for the
               Said Maire The Primisses Considared yor Petticon Craues that this
               Worship” Courtt wilbe Pleased to Order the Said Denis White to
               giue yor Petticoń his bill with Cost of Sute & yor Petticofl Shall euer
               pray

                 Denis White Could not Proue Any Deliverry of a Maire unto Tho:
               Campiar Therfore the Courtt hath Ordred that Denis White giue
               Tho: Campiare his bill with Cost of Sute

                 Michell Bassey Declareth by his Attorney Jno Rawlings to this
               Courtt that Georg Sprouse Trespasses uppon his Land & that the Said
               Sprouse threatened to Shoute the Said Michell Bassey if he offered
               for to Mollest him the Said Rawlings not Proueing his Declaracon
               the Courtt hath ordered that George Sprouse haue a Nonsute against
               Michell Bassey

               this Courtt for Six hundred and Sixty pounds of tobacoe Due by
               bill from Richard White Jno Edmundson Proueing his bill to be
               Due the Courtt hath Ordred that Richard White Make Present Pay
               ment of Six hundred Sixty Pounds of tobacoe Acord to his bill with
               Cost Sute unto Mr Jno Edmundson &c

                 John Edmundson Petticons to this Courtt for Seaventy Pounds
               of tobacoe due from Richard White for Courtt Charges which the
               said White Promised to pay uppon Agreement for former Sutes
               jno Edmundson Proueing his Petticon the Courtt hath ordred that
               Rich White make Present payment Unto Jno Edmundson Seaventy
               Pounds of tobacoe with Cost of Sute
