Peace the Sixteenth day of August In the xxxixth yeare of the Dominion of Caecilius Annoq Doth: 1670 Present W Wm: Coursey Mr Seth Foster 1 Mr Phit: Steeuenson W Wm: Hambleton W Jonath: Sibery ustices Anne Bluntt by her Attory Thomas Coiling Petticons to this Courtt for Eight hundred Pounds of tobacoes Due from the Estate of Hopkin Dauis deceased by Assignement from Alexander Jurdan Thomas Vaughan the Attorney of Elizabeth the Admistor of her fore Sd Husbands estate Putts the Said Collins to Proue his letter of Attorny the Said Collings not Proueing his letter of Attorney the Said Vaughan Craues a Non sute the Courtt hath ordred that Eliza beth Dauis haue a Nonsute W Edward Roe Admistor to the Estate of Joseph Flecher Petti con to this Courtt for two hundred & Six Pounds of tobacoe Due from Jn° Cooke to the estate of Joseph Flecher the Said Cooke being Very lame soe that he Could not Come to this Courtt as by the Re- porte of his Neghbours the Courtt hath Ordred a Refferance until the Next Courtt Mr Tho: Burtton by his Attorny Mr Richard Gorssuch Petticons to this Courtt for Seaven hundred and Sixty foure Pounds of tobacoe due by accompt from Mr Tho: Vaughan: the said Vaughan Acc knowledges his Accompt to be treu Therefore the Courtt hath ordred that Tho: Vaughan make Present Payment of his Aboue Said Debt unto Mr Richard Gorssuch with Cost of Sute Wheras Wm: Elingsworth Arested Elizabeth Dauis to this Courtt the said Elingsworth Not Apeareing the Courtt hath Ordred that Elizabeth Dauis haue a Non sute against William Elingsworth Rice Cookman & Mathew Massons Sute Ordred by the Courtt to be Reffered untill the Next Courtt held for this County: To the Worshipll Comisscofls for Talbott County the humble [p. 143] Petticon of Tho: Campiar: |
