     Upon the delivey of this peticon the Court ordered tht Wittim Liber C
   smith should be sumoned to make his personall appearance at the next
   Court wth was accordingly donn & then the aboue sd peticon was redd
   over in open Court wheareupon the sd William Smith declared tht
   docter Tilghman had not made a Cure of George Hayes his arme,
   yet neverless the sd wittim smith Ingaged in open Court tht he would
   satisfie docter Tilghman himself for the full Cure of George Hayes
   his arme according as the proventiall Court should Order him satis
   faccon And tht the County should neither be damnified for the sd
   George Hayes Cure, nor for his Maintainance for he the sd smith
   Ingaged in open Court to pvide a sufficient Maintanance for the sd
   Hayes so tht he should not be burthensome to any within the County
   wheareupon the Court ordered tht it should be recorded.


   At a Court holden for the County of kent January the 25th 1675/6

                          mr Tobias Wells  Comrs

     Mary Browne servant to mr Comegys prsented in November Court
   1674 for haveing a Bastard Childe, The Court then sitting Ordered
   tht she should be sumoned to make her personall appearance at th8
   Court & the sd Mary Browne being Called heare in Court to Answer
   the prsefltment did not appeare, But her Master mr Comegys appeared
   & did Ingage himself to bring his woeman servant Mary Browne to
   the next Court wheare upon the Court Ordered tht it should be
   recorded

     It is Ordered by this Court tht Thomas Warren Junir Christop
   Andrewes Henry Carter & Thomas Brite be sumd to the next Court to
   take the oath of Constables
