The Jurys Charge Gentlemen of the Jury yow shall dilligently & truly Inquiry make the business now depending betwixt Jno darby plt & Thomas Bruss defd, without ptiallity favour or Mallice or any other by respect but to the best of yor Consions deliuer in yor Verdict according to yor Evidence so help yow God The Jurys Vardict, Wee Jurymen find that thre is Dew to Jno Darby One hundred & tenn pounds of Tobb: p me Cornelius Coiñegys foreman Upon the vardict of ths Jury this Court doth Order the dft to pay unto the plt One hundred & tenn pounds of Tobb; with Costs of sute. Else Execucon; It is Ordered by ths Court tht Mr Cornelius Comegys be overseer for thV highwayes of Langford Bay hundred, & tht he make & Clcarc a road from Richard Joanes his house to swan Creeke road Accord ing to Act of Assembly wch roade is to be tenn foot wide, & tht suffi cient bridges be made, in the Roade passable for horse & foot if need require. It is Ordered by ths Court tht the old roads tht weare repaired the last yeare be all Cleared & made Good, from mr Joseph Wicks house, to swan Creek roade, & the sufficient bridges be made in the sd roade passable for horse & foot if nead require. Christopher Andrews & Robert Griffin ouer seers for tht high wayes of Chester hundred. It is Ordered by the Court tht John Dabb be ouer seer of the high wayes for the upper hundred of Kent Iland & tht all roads tht are in yor division be all Cleared & made good & the sufficient bridges be made in the said roads passable for horse & foot wheare need requires It is Ordered the Issack winchester be Over seer for the Lower hundred of Kent Iland & tht the old Roade from kent point so farre as yot hundred goe, be all Cleared & made Good & tht sufficient bridges be made passable for horse & foot if need require. It is Ordered by ths Court tht Jno Dabb shall receiue out of the Amercemts Three hundred & twenty pounds of Tobb, it being the Charge of the Comissionrs |
