     Know all men by these prsents that I John Maggisson of the Island Liber C
   of Kent in the Prouince of Maryland Planter doe accknowledg my
   selfe to owe & stand indebted .unto Thomas Bright of the Island of
   Kent in the Prouince abouesd Plantr him his heires executors Admin
   istrators or Assignes the full & iust some of three thousand One hun
   dred thirty & two pounds of sound mrchantable tobacco in Caske lo
   be paid upon the Island of Kent aforsd for a valuable Consideracon
   by me aliredy receiued: One thousand in Caske to be payd the xth day
   of October MDClxxi: And One thousand in Caske to be payd the
   xth day of October Anno MDClxxii: And One thousand one hun
   dred thirty & two in Caske to be payd the xth day of October Anno
   q doth MDClxxiii: for the which sd Payments well & truely to bee
   made & donn, I tht sd John Maggisson doe binde & sett ouer, from
   me my heires exeqtors or Administrators unto the abouesd Thomas
   Bright his heires exeqtors or Administrators my Plantacon Lyeing
   upon the Island of Kent aforesd in the Prouince abouesd And allsoe
   one Cow Called Cherrey: & one Cow called Gentle: & one Heifer
   called yonge Gentle wth all theyer Feuther increas the sd Catteli being
   marked as followeth: the left care Cropt, the right care ouer keeld
   & under keeld: And allsoe one Gunn: And one shagg Rugg the wch
   sd Plantacon, Cattell & theyer increase: the gunn & Rugg: upon the
   nonpayment of the sd tobacco as abouesd unto the sd Thomas Bright
   his heires or assignes, by the sd John Maggisson his heires exeqtors
   or Administratrs are for euer to be & remayne to the only Proper
   use & behoofe of him the sd Thomas Bright his heires exeqtors Ad
   ministrators or Assignes without any hinderance mollestacon or left
   of me the sd John Maggisson my heires executors Administrators
   or Assignes, Or without any further truble in law it may & shall be
   Lawfull for him the sd Thomas Bright or any by his order to enter
   upon the said Land & Plantacon, as of his or theyer owne, And
   allsoe the Cattell theire increase as abouesd, And the Gunn &
   Rugg as abouesd: In wittnes whereof I the sd John Maggisson
   ptie to these prsents haue hereunto sett my hand & scale Interchang
