           LiberC Upon the vardict of the Jury, This Court doth Ordr that the
               defendt pay to the Plantf: the tenn pound starling in Goods wth all
               other nessasary according to Indentur: Costs of sute: else exeqcon
               The defendt requireth an appeale to the next Prouincall Court to
               bee holden for this Prouince, which this Cort doth grante, And doth
               Ordr that the defendt shall giue in security: to pay treble dathages
               in Case he be Cast in the seute:

               William Pledg: deft: apearing by himselfe nor his Attorney:
               the plnt proueing his dbt by euedence: to be eight hundred Fifty &
               seuen pounds of tobacco: this Cört cloth grant him an Attachmt agt
               any the goods debts or Chattells of the sd William Pledge: retornable
               to the next Court: &c:

               Tho: Heath Defendt taken for the Planti: the Cort doth ordt the

               mr Francis Pyne Deft both ptyes, the Court Craueth a Refferance
               till the next Court: for the Plantf to make Further proffe of her
               accon

               John Quigley Plantf : In an accon of the Case, the plntf not apearing
               William Joyner Deft by himself e nor his Attof: the defendt Craues
               an abatemt of the writt wth a nonsute: this Court doth grante: &c:

                 Wheras Tobyas Wells hath made appeare that there is due unto
               him out of the estate of William Lippins, for his Attendance in sick
               nes and Funerall Charges, three hundred & sixty pounds of tobacco:
               this Court doth Ordr that hee be payd out of the Estate: &c:

                 By these prsence I doe Constitute my Loueing Frinde Mr Tobyas
               Wells of the County of Kent to be my Lawfull Attorney in an accon
               betwen me and William Pledge and in an accon betwen me & John
               Morgan & whatsoeuer the said mr Wells shall doe in the two accons
               aforesd shall be as if I my self e was Parsonally prsent as wittnes my
