  Brimmington his respective heires and Assignes That he the sd John Liber C
  Machoakin his heirs Executors & Administrators the sd Tract of Land
  to him the said Jacob Brimmington his Respective heires & Assignes
  against all and euery mannor of Person or Persons whatsoeuer shall
  & will for euer hereafter warrant and Defend by these prsents the
  rents & services hereafter to becom due for the same to the Lord
  Propriatary allwayes Excepted and fore prized And further that he
  the sd John Machoakin his heires and assignes shall & will from
  tyme to tyme & at all tymes hereafter during the space of seauen
  yeares att the Request And att the Costs and Charges in the Law of [lot. 25]
  him the sd Jacob Brimmington his respectiue heires and Assignes
  make do acknowledge execute and suffer or cause to be made ac
  knowledged Executed and suffered all & euery such further & other
  Act or Acts thing or things device or devices Assurance or assure
  ances whatsoeuer Requesite in the premisses for the better & firmer
  Conueying and more sure making of the sd bargined Premisses unto
  him the sd Jacob Brimmington his respectiue heires and Assignes for
  euer Bee it by Enrollment of these prsents fine feoffment or other
  wise or by any such Lawfull wayes or means as by him the sd Jacob
  Brimmington his Respectiue heirs and assignes Or theire Councell
  Learned in the Lawe shall be reasonably deuised Aduised or Re
  quired. In Wittnes whereof I haue set my hand and seale this
  xxiiiith day of August: Anno q doffi: one thousand six hundred
