Memer: the day and yeare wthin written the within named Morgan
Williams did enter upon the sd Parcell of Land and possession
thereof did take and after possion soe had and taken quiett and
peaceable Possion Liuery and Seazen did deliver unto the said George
Harris to hold to him the said George Harris his heirs and assignes
for euer accordeing to the purport true intent & meaning of these
prsents In the Presence of Tho: Knighton John In gram George Yate

To all Xian people to whome these prsents shall come Greeting In
our Lord God Everlasting Know Ye that I John Macho okin of Kent
County in the Province of Maryland planter for a valuable Consid
eracon hath given granted bargained aliened sold Enfeoffed and
Confirmed And doe by these presents give grant Bargain Alien Sell
enfeoffe and Confirme unto Capt Jacob Brimington of Talbut County
in the Prouince aforesd his heirs and assignes for euer That prcell of
Land Called Machoakin Lying on the North side of Chester Riuer
and on the east syde of a Bay in the said River Called Langfords Bay
next adioyneing to the Land lately laid out for Nicholas Broadway
begining at the sd Broadways Northermost bounded Ceader Running
northeast & by North by the bay for breadth One hundred Pearches
to a marked Oake Bounding on the North by a Lyne drawne East
& by South from the sd Oake for Length three hundred & twenty
Pearches on the East by a Lyne drawn south west & by South from
the end of the East & by south Lyne one hundred Pearches untill it
Intercept a Parelell drawne drawne from the sd Broadways Land On
the south wth the sd Land and Parelell on the west the said bay
Contayning and then laid out for two hundred acres be it more or
less Together with all pro ffitts Rights & bennifets thereunto belonging
And allsoe all pattents Charters and Euidences tuching or any wise
Concerning the same To have and to hold the said Parcell of Land
and bargained Premisses to thc said Jacob Birmington his heires and
assignes for euer to the only Proper use and behoofe of him the said
Jacob Brimington his Respective heires & assignes for euer And the
said John Mach ookin for himselfe his heires Executors and adminis
trators do hereby promise and grant to and wth him the said Jacob
