                 The Plant demands a Debt of fower hundred & tenn Pounds of
                Tob & Caske by bill wch the Defent doth accknowledge, but he doth
                make appeare tht he hath payd three hundred & sixty Pounds of Tob
                on tht bill wch is mayd receiued on the backside thereof, & there
                remaines due Fifty Pounds, to the Plt. The Court doth order present
                paymt to be mayd by the Deft John Erickson unto the Plant wth Cost
                of suyte Else Execution.

                 John Stuard Plant demandeth wart versus Antony Calloway in an
                Action of the Case, for this hee bringeth his suyte Anicacke Helena
                & Tobit Wells subpened in this suyt

                 Antony Griffin demandeth wart versus John Erickson in an Action
                of Debt to the vallue of Fower hundred & twenty Pounds of Tob,
                wth Caske for this he bringeth his suyte.

                An Action of Debt to the vallue of 2300lb of Tob wth Caske for this,

                 The Plant John Stuard not appearinge in Court The Sheriffe
                hath by an oeys called the Plant three times, hee not appearinge, hee
                not appearinge to maintaine his suyte. The Deift craues a nonsuyte,
                wth Charges. The Court doth therefore order the Plant to pay Fifty
                pound of Tob wth cost of suyt Else Execution.
