          Liber B    pTtended by the said Sarah, wthout any Cause giuen her sd Mrs, And
                tht her Complaint will suffitiently appeare either by the Rest of the
                sd Saruts of the house, wch ware prsent somtimes when her sd MFS
                gaue her some Pt of the Blowes & Causlesse abuses done unto this
                Complant, Besides the remarkable signes as this Complant saith will
                appeare upon her Body, For wch Causes & Reasons the Sarah will
                not be parswaded by me to returne home to her sd Mrs House but
                resolueth whatsoeü becomes of her not to serue her said Mrs any
                Longer, to be soe abused by her Causlessely
                 These are therefor in the Name of the Lord Propr to will & require
                yow to take into yowr Custody the afore sd Sarah Tailer & if by any
                Law full meanes you may use to Conuey her unto her sd Maisters
                house, or otherwise to secure her in yor Custody For her sd W untill
                the next Court to be holden on Kent the first day of Dec next where
                by vertue hereof you are required to bringe her to make her Com
                plaint appeare, & tht you giue timely notice hereof unto her sd Mair
                Thö Bradnox. hereof Faile you not as you will answar the Contrary.
                Giuen this 28th of Nob 1659 And make returne of this writt.

                 Be it Knowne unto all men by theis prsents that I Hasadiah Hill of
                the County of Kent in the Prouince of Mariland Plantr For & in
                consideracon of full Satisfacon all ready in hand receiued, haue Bar
                gained Sould & deliuered unto my Brother Thomas Hill of the Same
                place Plants, all my right title Clame & Intrest in that pcell of Land,
                   was Formerly my Father Thomas Hills Decedent Commonly
                Called Crany necke, wth all the priuiledges & benifites thereunto
                belongeinge. I doe alsoe by these prsents wart the sale of the said
                Land as aforesd unto my afore said Brother Thomas Hill, to him his
                Heires Execrs Adminrs or Assignes For ener, That he or they shall
                peacably & quietly Enioy the same, wthout the let hindrance or mol
                lestacon of me the sd Hassadiah Hill my Heires Execrs Admrs or
                Assignes or any parson or psons whatsoeuer that shall lay any Clame
                there unto by, from, or under me. And for Confermaëon of the true
                Intent & meaninge hereof I doe here unto set my hand and Seale this
                10th of sept 1659                Hasadia hill
