   signe ouer unto Hen: Tailer wch he entreth to be taken up on the
   Esterne shore.         Teste me John Cowrsey Clar

    Mr John Cowrsey doth enter his Marke of Cattle and Hoggs, which
   is a hole in both eares, & the topp of the Right Eare cut of.

    John Dabb doth enter his Marke of Cattle this 9tb day of June
   1659, wth is Cropt on the Right yeare wth three slitts downe the Eare,
   The left yeare underkeeld & a little nicke taken out on the uper side of
   the eare.              Teste me John Cowrsey CIa.

    Henry Tailer doth enter his marke of Cattle the 9th day of June
   1659, viz: both Eares cropt, And in either Eare, three slitts a peece:
                         Teste me John Cowrsey ClaY.

   ouer Keeld & a hole in it And the Left Eare wth fower slits in it.

    Thomas South Aged 40 yeares or thereabouts Sworne in open
   Court &
    Saith That sometime last winter yor Depont beinge at the house of
   mr Thö Hinson there beinge Gregory Murill & Robt Knapp, & the
   said Murill did there Charge Knapp for reportinge false tales of him,
   and thereupon was very outragious & swore many desperate Oathes,
   and tould the sd Knapp tht he would make him carry his Bones in a
   Bagg, And mr Thö Hinson tould them if they would not be quiet, he
   would turne them out of dores, And some reuileinge words past about
   the Quakers, & this is what your Depont now remembreth, And further
   saith not                           Tho: South
   Teste me John Cowrsey Clar.

    Thomas Hinson Jur Aged 20 yeares or therabouts Sweares the
   same verbatim wth mr Thã South in open Court Thö : Hinson
   Teste me John Cowrsey Clar

    John Browne Aged 19 yeares or thereabouts sworne examined in
   Court
    Saith That your Depont hath diuers & sundry times heard Gregory
   Murill Sware many oaths, And did abuse yor Deponts Maister, And
   gaue him a box on the Eare: yor Deponts Maister askt the sd Murill
   for som Tobacco he owed him & he swore he owed him none, neither
