Kent County Court Proceedings, 1656-1662.159 Husband is not returned to answar the suyt in pson the Court hath Liber B granted the Refferance hereupon unto the nex Court, for a Full herein therein: Wilt Richards demandeth wart versus will williams in an Actn of debt & for this he bringeth his suyt. Rich. Blunt demandeth wart versus John Deere, Actn of debt, & for this bringth his suyte mT John Russell dethdth wart versus Henry Gott in an Actn of debt & for this bringth his suyte Rich Blunt demandth wart versus Deliuerance Louly, in an Actn of debt & for this he bringeth his suyt Edward Hull beinge prsented in not planting his full proporcon of Conic, the Court consideringe of his sicknesse, hath remited any fur ther Charges on him except Charges of the Court John Salter & NichO Pickard being pTsented in not plantinge their proporcon of Corne the Court findinge Just cause herein, hath & doth order to pay Court Charges only Will Price Plant mr Thö Ringgold Deift Upon a Refferance last Court granted to mr Thomas Ringgold on some Accounts & Bills demanded from him, by the Plant william Price left in his hands to receiue for him in Verginia, the Plantiue beinge willinge to reffer him self e to mt Ringgolds Oath to Cleare himselfe in discharge of the sd Bills & Accounts, wch mr Ringgold hath done in Court And dcposeth tht he hath receiued of the debt of Henry Merrits 350lb of Tob by the hands of mr Voscome: And 300lb from william prices Atturny by name Simon Peter beinge the whole some that he affermeth on Oath he recd, And for the Charges of the suyt they are agreed to diuide it equally betwixt thm wth Concent of the Court Else Execn.
