                William Hopkins demandeth wart versus mr Foster in an Actn of
               the Case, 2 sup:

               Will Hopkins Plant
               Seth Foster Deift
                The Plant in reguard tht his euidence doth not appeare he hath
               Craued a Referance, which the Court hath granted wth consent of
               both ptyes unto the next Court.

                Capt Robt Vaughan demandeth wart versus George Hall in an
               Actn of debt
                Mr Henry Morgan demandeth wart versus Henry Gott in an Actn
               of debt to the vallue of 400lb of Tob
                Wart versus Hull For an open Lyer & defamer
                Wart versus Gregory Murill on prsentmt for a Common Swearer
               & disturber of the Peace.
                William Williams demandeth wart versus mt Joseph wickes Actn

               wch was tht he the Deft Edd Hull was an open Lyer, the Plant shall
               pay Cour Charges Else Execun.

               mr Joseph wickes Deffent
                Will williams demandeth a share of Tobaccoe & Corne in the hands
               of mr wickes, by a Condicon wth Robt Tyler the busines beinge
               longe debated by the Comiconrs, The Court doth order that the plant
               shall helpe to strike & Finish the the sd Cropp now in the hands of
               mr Wickes, & to haue his share in the sd Cropp, And alsoe to allow to
               mr wickes all Just Damages as mr wickes shall make appeare upon
          [fol. 53] the said Cropp of Ton. And Corne:

                Anthony Griffin demandeth wart versus Capt Thö Bradnox in an
               Actn of the Case & for this bringeth his suyte.
