   of the sd Island all my Cropp of Tob this yeare planted & now Liber B
   hanginge his Heires Execrs Adminrs & Assignes for & in Considera
   con of a Debt due by Bill for six hundred Fifty od Pounds of Tob
   & Caske due to the sd mr Morgan & tht the sd Cropp shall not be dis
   posed of untill the sd debt be fully satisfyed & Contented as aforesd

   Cow Calf e Cropt on the Right yeare wth three slitts into the Cropp &
   the left yeare underkeeled & a little nicke taken out on the uper side of
   the Eare & the Eare cropped, unto Sarah Dabb the daughter of John
   Dabb of this County of Kent or her Heires or Assignes wth its
   Increase to possesse for euer wthout molestacon from me or my
   Heires. Witnesse my hand this 15th of Noub 1658

     Be it knowne unto all men by these prsents tht I Thomas Ringgold
   of Kent doe Acknowledge my self e to haue deliuered into the possion
   of Thomas Hill one Brownish Heifer about a yeare & a halfe old
   Cropt & under Keeld on the left eare & slitt in the Right Eare, & I the
   sd Thomas Ringgold doe allsoe by these prsents Firmely warant the
   sale of the sd Beast unto Amos Hill his Heires Excrs Admts or
   Assignes peacably & quietly to enioy & possesse as his or their owne
   proper goods wth all her Future increase for euer wthout the least
   hindrance or molestacon of me the sd Tho: Ringold my Heires Excrs
   Adminrs or Assignes or any pson or psons what soeuer layinge any
   Just dame or title there unto as Witnesse my hand this 24th of
