           Liber B William williams Demandeth 50 Acres of Land as a guift from the
               Lord propriatary wch he giueth testimony on oath is not yet taken
               up or Conuayed away to any other.

                 Nicholas Bradway demandeth 50 Acres of Land as a guift from
                the Lord Propriatary wch he testifieth on oath before mr Jos: Wickes,
                that he hath not taken it up, or Conuayed away to any other.

                 Know all men by these ptsents tht I Henry Tailer of the Isle of Kent
                Plantr doe binde Assigne & make ouer all my Cropp of Tots wch I
                haue planted & maid this prsent yeare unto mr Henry Morgan of the
                sd Island his heires & Assignes for & in Consideracon of a debt due
                unto the said Henry Morgan by Bill & Acc° to the vallue of two
                thousand nine hundred twenty six Pounds of Tob & Caske, & the
                Cropp to satisfie the said debt soe farr forth as It shall extend to
                the true Intente & performance here of I binde my self e my Heires
                Execrs & Adminrs as Witnesse my hand this 4th day of Octr 1658

                 Edward Rogers demandeth 50 Acres of Land beinge a guift
                From the Lord Propriatary, the sd Rogers testifleth on oath
                before Capt Vaughan tht he hath not taken it upp nor Contiayed

                 These prsents testifie that I Edd Rogers doe Assigne ouer unto
                John Deere all my right & title of this within mentioned Land to
                him & his Heires foreuer. Witnesse my hand this 19th of oct 1658
