      Know all men by thes Presants that I Thomas Percy doe assigne all
    my Right title and interest of the within specief Pattent unto Thomas
    Canuell his heirs and Assignes for euen as witnes this my hand this

      Mr William Marshall obligeth himself his heirs or Assignes to
    paye unto the widow Michell or hun Assignes the full and iust sume
    of four hundened pounds of good sound marchantable leaf tobacco
    and Caske at or upon the tenth of Nouember Ao 1663 and heanby
    Con fesseth a iudgment for the same It is thear for ordered that
    the sayd Marshall shall pay on Cause to bee payd unto the widow
    Michell or her order four hundered pounds of tobacco
