    Comitted or Suifred hath good Right and Law full Authority to

    att att all times hereafter att the Request cost and charges in the
    Law of the Said Richard Perry his Heirs Executors or Assignes
    make Doe acknowledge Suffer and execute all and every Such
    ffurther & other Lawfull & Reasonable Act and Acts Devise and
    Devises assurance and Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the p.65
    further and better conveying Selling Transferring and assuring of
