         agt to the Defendts answere This Cause continued
    Jno Wright & ux untill the next Co.rt


    Jonathan Hopkinson This Cause being Ripe for publication the
         agt witnesses being Examined of both sides or-
    John Wright & dered that publication passe this Con, and that
    Richard snowden the cause standing at full & pfect issue it
    Comes to a hearing the next Court.


    Margaret Penry  The Defendt being upon the Country Service p.48
         agt this Cause was by pticuler ordr of this Cort
    Thomas Howell & als respited untill the next Con; The Compll
    Penry to pay Dennis Humber & Philip Chcvaleir witnesses by her
    suthoned Two hundred & Forty pounds of Tobacco apeice for their
    Charges.
