Setting the Woods on fire and will pass with the following Amend-

words, And that whosoever shall Offend in the Premises and shall
be Sued for the Same by the Party Grieved in the County Court
where the offence shall be committed, that the Plaintiff upon obtain-
ing a Verdict and Judgment or Judgment upon Demurrer or other-
wise shall Recover his or her treble damages and double Cost, Sent
to the Lower House by Col.° Tasker
