mentary Act to an Act Entituled an Act for Amending the Staple
of Tobacco for Preventing frauds in his Majestys Customs and for
Limitation of Officers fees and will not pass, Sent to the Lower
house by Samuel Chamberlain Esq.r
Read the Second time the Bill Entituled an Act to prohibit the
raising of Swine in the Town of Bladensburgh in Frince Georges
County; The Bill Entituled an Act to prohibit the raising of Swine
and Geese in George Town in Kent County and will pass with the
following Amendments, instead of the words, to be paid to the
Commissioners of the Time being of the Town of Bladensburgh
and George Town to be Applyed to the Sole Use and Benefit of the
said Towns, insert the following words, to be Applyed to the use
of the Lord Proprietary for Support of Government, Sent to the
Lower house by Edmund Jenings Esq.r
The Bill prepared in this house Entituled An Act for the better
Security of Purchasers and Creditors is brought from the Lower
house by Mess.rs Earl and Mackall thus Endorsed
