an Act impowering the Justices of Prince Georges County to levy
3000 pounds of Tobacco for the uses therein mentioned, a Bill En-
tituled An Act for the vesting and settling an Estate in fee Simple to
Horatio Samuel Middleton and his heirs in a Certain parcell of
Ground in the City of Annapolis, a Bill Entituled an Act to enable
the Persons therein Named to levy and Assess the money therein
mentioned and will Pass Sent to the Lower house by Benedict
Calvert Esq.^r
