Two Bills from the Lower house by Mess.rs Williamson & Fal-
conar One entituled an Act for the Relief of John Subbard a
Languishing Prisoner in Kent County Goal, the other entituled an
Act empowering the Justices of Prince Georges County to levy on
the Taxable Inhabitants of the said County a Sum not Exceeding
3000 pounds of Tobacco for the uses therein mentioned thus En-
dorsed
