6 Provincial Court Proceedings, 1663.
Liber B B sayd parties to these presents for themselues their heyres Executors
and Assignes That in Case of Mortality or any other necessary
casualty any seruants goods Cattle or other things menconed in the
Schedule aforesayd shall bee wanting & cannot bee deliuered, Then
the sayd John Nutthall his heyres Executors or Assignes shall eyther
[p. 6] receaue full satisfaction therefore to their content or abatement shall
bee made out of the first moneys, according to the ualuaOn thereof
in the Scedule. In wittnesse whereof the parties aforesayd to these
prseflt Indentures interchangeably haue putt their hands & seales.

Commisn Exiuit to impower Mr Henry Adams to adthister oath
to Mr Thomas Mathews Mr Zachary Wade & Mr Humphrey Haggett
to serue as Commisrs in Charles County.
To all Christian Poeple to whom these prnts shall come Greeting,
Know yee that I John Jarbo of Maryland Gentn haue absolutely
bargayned & sold & receiued full satisfaction for all my Right, Tytle
& interest of & in the moetie of the plantaOn now in the occupaOn of
Walter Hall, formerly of Henry ffox, who by will bequeathed the
same to the aforesd Hall & my selfe, after the Death of his sonne
Henry ffox, All wth Right & interest (if euer it shall fall to mee,
The Moitie or all by Halls Death or Child) I doe by these prflts fully
& absolutely dispose of as abouesd unto Luke Barber of the sd Prou
