Act in the Law, whatsoeur shall bee needfull or necessary about the
premises for the Recouery of any such Debts as shall bee due unto
the aforesd Edmondson, or his Intrust, & in my name to exequute &
prforme as fully as if I my selfe were prsent, Ratifying & allowing
& holding firme & stable whatsoeur my sd Attorney shall Lawfully
doe, or cause to be done in or about the Exequuon of the same by
uertue of these prsents. In wittnes hereof I haue sett my hand this

tate of her husband Tho: Williams Deceased, hath exhibited an
account to this Court, discharges for the same That shee hath
payd more then the Estate mentioned, Therefore the Court hath
thought fitt, & ordered tht shee shall haue Order graunted her for
Quietus est, Excepting the order wch was graunted to Rich: Bennett
Esq agst the sd Estate for an Extent agst the Land.

est, uppon her former husbands Estate, Whereuppon hee prayeth tht
the order of New Towne bee reuersed the plf prouing in Court tht

enioyned to prforme by uertue of tht Order.
