      pentr on any his Goods &c. for 2267lb tob: according to an Ordt of Octobr 20th
      the Prouinall Court held on the 3d day of March 1664 as being the
      security of Wm Price for 15000lb tob: forfeited by the said Price 1664
      his Predecessor Hugh Lee, the Administrator of Sampson Cooper,
      to whose sonn Samuell Cooper the abouesd Barnaby Jackson was
      Guardian in wch time hee was in disburse the abouesd suffi for the sd
      Samll Cooper which was Ordered to be sattisfye by William Smyth
      out of that 15000lb tob: forfeited by him in a bond past to his Lordp
      as the said Prices Bayle &c:
