That the said Treasurer pay to Vachel Worthington twenty eight
pounds, sixteen shillings and eight pence of the same Emission to be
delivered over to Charles Worthington due him per Acct passed by
the Aud Gl
That the Said Treasurer pay to William Campbell one hundred
and ninety seven pounds, eleven shillings and two pence of the same
Emission due him for a Certificate of Charles Magruder Lieut in the
late Extra Regiment as settled by the Aud Genl —
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Uriah Forrest one hundred
and thirty eight pounds, five shillings and nine pence of the same
Emission, sixty eight pounds, eighteen shillings thereof to be by him
retained and sixty nine pounds, seven shillings and nine pence to be
delivered over to James Wilkinson Esqr due them per Cert3 settled
by the A. Gl
That the said Treasurer pay to the said Colo Uriah Forrest one
hundred and fifteen pounds, seventeen shillings and six pence of the
same Emission due him for half pay and also the further sum of
nineteen pounds, two shillings and three pence due him p Accts
passd by the A Gl —
That the said Treasurer pay to Joseph Maccubbin twenty five
pounds of the Same Emission due him per Acel passed by the A Gl —
That the said Treasurer pay to William Whetcroft, one hundred
and ninety one pounds, thirteen shillings and seven pence of the same
Emission due him for a Certificate of John Plant Lieut in the late
Extra Regiment as settled by the Aud. Genl —
That the said Treasurer pay to James Brice Esqr fifty pounds of
the same Emission in part of his Salary on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Absolom Ridgely forty one pounds,
nineteen shillings and ten pence Specie agreeable to the " Act to ad-
just the Debts due from this State " per Account passed by the
Audr Genl—
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Uriah Forrest eleven thou-
sand two hundred pounds of Tobacco including four per Cent due
him for two hhds of Clarret for the Hospital Department. —

We enclose you the Resolve of the General Assembly, requiring
you to proceed immediately to the Southern Army, to settle the Ac-
counts of the Troops of this State. As this Business will not admit
of Delay, we shall be glad to know your Determination.

We are surprized, by the Information of Major Davidson, that
the Soldiers are still destitute of Wood, and we again request you to
furnish them immediately; the Money may be drawn to pay for it on
your Application.
