[Annapolis to Charles Thompson Esqr]

I herewith transmit you all the Bonds taken in 1780 for Commis-
sions of Letters of Marque, and have returned twenty six blank Com-
missions, Bonds and Instructions, which were received before the
late Regulations in that Department; the Bonds taken since, shall be
forwarded in a short Time. I shall now be much obliged to you for a
further Supply of Commissions, as all those heretofore received, are

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to William Wilkins
and Isaac McHard one hundred and seventy four pounds, nine shil-
lings and four pence of the Bills emitted under the Act for the Emis-
sion of Bills of Credit &ca due them per Account passed by the Aud.
Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas C Dye Esqr one thousand
and seventy seven pounds, fifteen shillings & four pence specie agree-
able to the Act to adjust the Debts due from this State per Certs
passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Geo. Adams, two pounds, twelve
shillings & six pence of the Bills of Credit &ca due him per Account
passed by the Aud. Genl

Bellwood a Load of Flour and have it stored —

Emission of Bills of Credit &ca for Stores to the 1st Instant on
Account
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Nicholas Maccubbin two hun-
dred and seventeen pounds, one shilling of the same Emission for
the use of his Company of Select Militia p pay Roll examined &
passed by the A. Gl
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Uriah Forrest forty one
pounds, Six shillings and seven pence of the same Emission, to be
delivered over to Capt John Mackall for the use of his Company of
Militia per Acel passed by the Audr Genl
