That the said Treasurer pay to the following Persons, Thomas
Noland ten pounds, twelve shillings and ten pence, James Beatty
twelve pounds three shillings, Baiter Fout five pounds, four shillings
and six pence, Andrew Worman nine pounds, seven shillings and two
pence, Abraham Miller seven pounds fourteen Shillings and six pence
Jacob Humbart ten pounds, ten shillings and two pence, Thomas
Beatty sixty pounds, nineteen Shillings and five pence, Henry Leather-
man two hundred and thirty four pounds, eleven shillings and seven
pence Michael Stocker thirty five pounds and nine pence — George
Develbiss, one hundred and fifty eight pounds, fifteen shillings and
lo Samuel Boone six pounds, fifteen shillings and seven pence Specie
agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due from this State per
Accounts and Certificates settled by the Aud Genl the 1st of Decr. —

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Charles Green-
bury Griffith Esqr ninety seven pounds, ten shillings of the Bills
emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca due
him for a Certificate issued under the " Act to adjust the Debts due
from this State " and directed to be paid by a Supplement to the Act
to raise the Supplies for the year 1782. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Edmund Plowden twenty eight
pounds Seven shillings of the same Emission due him for a Certifi-
cate issued under the Act aforesaid and directed to be paid as afore-
said. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Daniel Jenifer forty one pounds
eight shillings of the same Emission to be delivered over to Benjamin
Burroughs for a Certificate passed by the Audr Genl. —
That the said Treasurer pay to William Stevenson Esqr eight
pounds nineteen shillings and two pence of the same Emission to be
delivered over to Capt David Crane for himself and Company per
pay roll examined and passed by the Depy Audr. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Gerrard B. Causin Esqr eleven
hundred and sixteen pounds, eighteen shillings and seven pence half
penny of the same Emission to be delivered over to Francis Ware
Lieut of Charles County for the use of the Militia and others who
supplied them with Provisions &ca per pay rolls and Accounts ex-
amined and passed by the Aud. Genl. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Joshua Seney five pounds, four
shillings and six pence of the same Emission due him p Acct passed
by the Aud Gl.—
That the said Treasurer pay to John Seney to be delivered over
to Arnold Longfellow seventeen pounds, fifteen shillings of the same
Emission agreeable to a Resolution of the General Assembly passed
November Session 1781. —
