Saturday 22d May 1784
The Council met

Present the Honorable Samuel T. Wright.
John Davidson & Charles Wallace Esquires
Daniel Carroll exhibits an Account against the Estate of John
Lynch (deceased) for Six hundred and seventy three pounds, six
shillings and ten pence Sterling, and Seven hundred and thirty pounds,
six shillings and one farthing Currency passed by the Audr General
to the 4th Septemr 1783. Examined and approved by this Board. —
The Honorable Gabriel Duvall Esqr attended
The Council adjourned 'till Friday the 28th May instant

Friday 28th May 1784
The Council met

Present the Honorable Gabriel Duvall, John Davidson and Charles
Wallace Esquires. —
Randolph Brandt Latimer appointed a Clerk in the Intendants
Office produced a Certificate of his Qualification dated the 26th In-
stant, which is filed,
Mr John Davidson returns an Order drawn by this Board of the
23d of August 1782 on the Western Shore Treasurer to John and
Samuel Davidson for Fifty two pounds, thirteen shillings and eight
pence specie agreably to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this
State " being the Balance of an Order in favor of Colo Baker John-
son dated the 9th of May for One hundred and three pounds, eleven
shillings and five pence, which the Board receive, it appearing that
the said Order has not been paid by the Treasurer, and that the Money
due to Colo Johnson ought to have been paid in specie and not
otherwise. —
The Council adjourned till Friday 4th of June next

Present The Honorable Gabriel Duvall — Samuel Turbutt Wright
and John Davidson Esquires.
David Ross assignee of John Beale Bordley exhibits an Account
against the Estate of Lloyd Dulany deceased, for Two hundred and
eighty two pounds Sterling and One hundred and five pounds, fif-
teen shillings Currency including Interest to the 18th May 1784 ad-
justed by the Auditor General and approved by the Board —
