Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Wallace and
Davidson Eight hundred and seven pounds, five shillings and four
pence specie agreeably to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this
State " per Certificates adjusted 27 Octr last
That the said Treasurer pay to James Bowen Four pounds, ten
shillings specie agreeably to the "Act to adjust the Debts &ca " p Ace'
passed by the Audr Genl
That the said Treasurer issue Certificates agreeably to the "Act
proposing to the Citizens of this State, Creditors of Congress &ca "
to Daniel Bowley, William West & Richard Ridgely Executors of
Thomas Harrison for Five hundred and eighty six pounds one shil-
ling and six pence seven eighths of a penny — to Henry Ridgely for
Ninety one pounds, three shillings and eight pence three farthings —
to Samuel & Robert Purviance for One thousand two hundred and
forty two pounds, one shilling and two pence — to William & Isaac
Horsey for Five hundred and sixty two pounds, three shillings and
six pence — to Outerbridge Horsey for One thousand two hundred and
seventy five pounds — to John Laws for Thirteen pounds, thirteen
shillings and eight pence — to Benjamin Venables for Forty five
pounds, eleven shillings and eight pence half penny and to William
Smith for Five thousand, two hundred pounds, nineteen shillings and
two pence, due them on Continental Loan Office Certificates adjusted
the 1st Instant
That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to William Sanders
agreeably to the Act aforesaid for Eighteen pounds, seven shillings
and eight pence due on Continental Loan Office Certificates adjusted
the 2d Instant
That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to Robert Whitaker
agreeably to the Act aforesaid for Eleven pounds, eight shillings and
two pence due on Continental Loan Office Certificate adjusted 13th
November 1783.
That the said Treasurer issue Certificates agreeably to the said Act
to Henry Rozier for Eighty pounds, eleven shillings and four pence —
to John McLure for Three hundred and forty two pounds, fourteen
shillings and seven pence half penny — to Solomon Allen for One
hundred and thirty eight pounds, seven shillings and eleven pence,
and to James Calhoun for Four hundred and twenty nine pounds
eight shillings and six pence due on Continental Loan Office Certifi-
cates adjusted by the Audr General the 15th Instant
That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to Richard Mason agree-
ably to the Act aforesaid for Seven pounds, fifteen shillings and two
pence due on Continental Loan Office Certificates adjusted the 16th
August last
That the said Treasurer pay to Joshua Dillapin Thirteen shillings
and six pence — to John Billerplain nine shillings and nine pence and
