Congress on Loan Office Certificates &ca for twelve pounds, seven-
teen shillings and nine pence due him on a Continental Loan Office
Certificate adjusted by the Depy Audr

That the said Treasurer pay to Samuel Duvall One hundred and
ten pounds, sixteen shillings and one penny half penny specie in lieu
of an Order on the Treasurer the 30th of December last, in favor of
George Dent for the like Sum, drawn agreeable to the Act to adjust
the Debts due from this State, and now returned. —
Ordered that Mr Crisall deliver to Joseph Adams a soldier in the
Maryland Line one Shirt and one pair of Stockings and to Jesse
Barnard also a Soldier in the Maryland Line one pair Stockings —
The General Assembly having authorized and empowered the Gov-
ernor and Council by a Resolve of the 23d Instant to settle and ad-
just by Arbitration the Dispute subsisting between this State and
Captain William Stone relative to his Claim of the Brigantine Friend-
ship, or any other Matter depending thereon. —
Colo Samuel Smith and Messrs John Sterett and Daniel Bowley
or any two of them are hereby nominated and appointed by Consent,
to enquire into said Dispute and make award thereon. —

Benjamin Stoddert and James Brice Esquires
Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to Mary Connolly
and Alice Redmond each one pound two shillings and six pence Cur-
rent Money, out of the Money set apart for Contingent Expences per
Accounts passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Johnson Junr ten pounds,
two shillings & four pence out of the Money for the Barges on
Account —

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer issue Certificates agree-
able to the Act proposing to the Citizens of this State, Creditors of
Congress on Loan Office Certificates &ca " to Doctr Richard Smith
for Twenty eight pounds seven shillings and three pence — and to
John Warren for forty four pounds, twelve shillings and seven pence
due them on Continental Loan Office Certificates adjusted by the
Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Doctr Richard Burgess Eight
pounds sixteen shillings and three pence specie agreeable to the "Act
to adjust the Debts due from this State " per Account passed.—
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to John Stackhouse a Dis-
charged Soldier from the Maryland Line seven Days rations. —
