Seventy five pounds, seventeen shillings and eleven pence due him on
Continental Loan Office Certificates adjusted by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Joseph Mayo Twenty seven pounds,
fourteen shillings and five pence specie agreeable to the "Act to adjust
the Debts due from this State " due him in lieu of an Order on the
Treasurer the 18th May 1781 adjusted by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Samuel Smith fourteen
Pounds, seven shillings and six pence specie agreeable to the Act
aforesaid per Pay rolls examined and passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Joseph Mayo thirteen shillings and
four pence and to Simon Wicks Surveyor of Kent County fifty nine
pounds and ten pence Current Money due them per Accounts
passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to John L. Elbert Assistant Surgeon
of the Maryland Line thirteen pounds, ten shillings specie part of
the Advance directed to be made by the "Act relating to public Credi-
tors " on Account. —

Ordered that the Intendant be requested to deliver to Benjamin
Harwood six hundred and sixty six Bushels and two thirds of a
Bushel of Wheat and to Nicholas Harwood three hundred and thirty
three Bushels and one third of a Bushel of Wheat at Baltimore
Town or the Head of Elk due them for Salary's for the Year 1782
per Account passed. —

Present His Excellency the Governor
Benjamin Stoddert, Gabriel Duvall, and Jeremiah T. Chase
Esquires. —
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer issue a Certificate to
Mrs Jane Caldeleugh agreeable to the "Act proposing to the Citizens
of this State, Creditors of Congress on Loan Office Certificates &ca "
for Eighty six pounds, twelve shillings and two pence due her on
Continental Loan Office Certificates adjusted by the Audr General
the 21st Instant. —
That the said Treasurer issue Certificates agreeable to the Act
aforesaid to Thomas Waters for Ninety one pounds, and six pence —
Doctor Arnold Elzey Twenty nine pounds, eight shillings and five
pence — David Wilson Twenty eight pounds — Joseph Gilliss thirty
four pounds, seven shillings and seven pence — William Gilliss ninety
nine pounds, thirteen shillings and ten pence half penny — William
Waters of Wm thirteen pounds, eight shillings and one penny — Josiah
Dashiell fifty one pounds, six shillings and nine pence and John Hol-
land forty four pounds, thirteen shillings and eleven pence due them
on Continental Loan Office Certificates adjusted by the Depy Audr
19th Inst.—
